(4) Based on the requirements of your job application, we may require you to provide your health certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), medical examination report, and other information regarding your health related information. The health information you submit will only be used to evaluate your compatibility with the position you are applying for;
(5) Other personal information such as your ID card that you disclosed to us during recruitment processes such as interviews and written exams.
The above information is generally provided directly to us by you, and we will also obtain your personal information through a third party, such as the recruitment company, your referrals, your previous employers, your interviewers, and background check companies. Some of our recruitment channels (such as SuccessFactors, 51job, tupu360) also allow you to retrieve your personal information from other third parties to generate a resume or directly retrieve your personal resume from a third party.
